We recommend booking your wedding catering 6–12 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weddings when dates fill quickly. Some off-season dates may be available with shorter notice, so contact us as soon as you've selected your venue and wedding date. 

 Absolutely! Every wedding is unique, and your menu should reflect your style and preferences. Choose from our authentic Puerto Rican favorites, American classics, or create a combination of both. We'll work with you to build a menu your guests will love. 

Yes. Essentials includes coordinated buffet setup, serving equipment, professional buffet service and breakdown. Signature and Platinum add the linens, décor and presentation features listed in their packages. We confirm venue access, the service window and breakdown timing in your written quote.

Each wedding package includes professional buffet service. Your written quote confirms staff roles, the service window and the setup and breakdown schedule for your guest count and venue. Compare each package’s menu and presentation inclusions before choosing your experience.

Wedding packages require a minimum of 50 guests. Weddings above 250 guests receive a custom proposal.

We proudly provide wedding catering throughout Philadelphia, South Jersey, Delaware, and surrounding communities. If your venue is outside our primary service area, contact us to discuss travel availability.

Our goal is to make planning your reception simple and stress-free.

Submit your date, venue, guest count and selections for review. Your date is reserved after we confirm availability and receive your agreement and required payment. A 50% deposit is due after approval; the balance is due five calendar days before the wedding. Bookings made within 15 days require full payment after approval. Menu and guest-count changes are accepted until five calendar days before the event, subject to minimums, availability and our written confirmation. Later additions depend on availability; reductions are closed after the deadline. Existing bookings follow their signed agreements.

Yes. Signature and Comparison tasting boxes are booked and paid separately; tastings are not included in any wedding package, including Platinum. Explore our Tastings page for current prices, delivery charges and applicable event-credit terms. A tasting does not reserve your wedding date.
