Package Minimums

Additional guests above each package minimum are $19 per guest for Essentials, $21 per guest for Full Experience, and $23 per guest for Platinum. Minimum guest counts are 25, 40, and 60, respectively. Packages accommodate up to 300 guests. Applicable taxes and selected upgrades are additional.

Planning your Philadelphia event

Share your Philadelphia venue address, delivery entrance, loading or parking restrictions, stairs or elevator access, serving time and room-clearance deadline. Confirm any venue insurance or vendor requirements before booking.

Compare general-event packages, separate wedding packages or food-only party pans. Travel, tax and selected enhancements affect the final total.

Full-service events require a 50% deposit after approval. Final payment and menu or guest-count changes are due five calendar days before your event. Bookings within 15 days require full payment after approval. Changes require written confirmation and must meet package minimums. Existing bookings follow their signed agreements.
