A note from Ed, owner of Flamenco’s Catering

My grandparents’ Puerto Rican home taught me how a meal can bring people together. Those memories, and the recipes and traditions I learned in Puerto Rico, shaped Flamenco’s Catering.

Today, we prepare Puerto Rican and Latin-inspired food for weddings, company events and family celebrations across Philadelphia and South Jersey. You can choose delivered party pans, a staffed buffet, private chef dining or a tasting, with the service details and pricing explained before you commit.

Choose your service, explore your menu and review your estimate online. No payment is required to explore your options. Full-service event packages start at $799 for Essentials (25 guests minimum), $1,499 for Full Experience (40 guests minimum), and $2,199 for Platinum (60 guests minimum). All three include four hours of staffed buffet service, setup and breakdown. Travel charges apply beyond 20 miles. Wedding packages are separate, starting at $49 per guest with a 50-guest minimum. Pricing details: Each guest above the package minimum is $19 for Essentials, $21 for Full Experience or $23 for Platinum. Maximum 300 guests. Tax and selected upgrades are additional.
