“Forks & Flames was born from what I learned early: food is love, and love is meant to be shared. I grew up in a Puerto Rican home where my grandparents slow-cooked bold, soulful dishes that brought everyone together. To deepen my craft, I traveled across Puerto Rico learning regional recipes and techniques from elders, home cooks, and street vendors. Today, I blend those traditions with modern culinary methods to create elevated, heartfelt dining. Through Forks & Flames, I serve weddings, corporate events, and intimate gatherings with refined service, vibrant flavor, and genuine hospitality—because every plate should honor heritage, artistry, and unforgettable moments.”
